The majority of the writing will be done outside the class. The Young Writers Program has different word count goals based on grade level. The link to the word count goal calculator is at https://ywp.nanowrimo.org/pages/word-count-goal-how-to. B - Come to almost all classes, participate in most discussions, do almost all homework, and get close to their word count goal.
