上級小学生向け創作文法：個人的な物語

In this 5-week class, students will learn to write a personal narrative.   

The schedule will be as follows:

Week 1: Introductions/What is a Personal Narrative
Students will learn about the class and what a personal narrative is

Week 2: Brainstorming/Making a Plan
Students will learn how to focus on a moment in their lives to create a story with a plot structure.  

Week 3: Writing an Introduction
Students will learn the best ways to start a story.


Week 4: Writing a Draft
Students will learn how to "show not tell" with dialogue and integrating description.

Week 5:  
Student will learn how a critique group works an revise their stories to share. 

This class is taught by a teacher with a Bachelor's in Creative Writing, a Master's in Elementary Education, certification in English.  I also am part of an international writing organization and am an active children's book writer.
