Learners will be guided to feel positive and loving towards their unique and remarkable self. They will draw or write what they love about themselves and they will be shown a youtube book reading on the topic of loving who you are called “Remarkably You.” We will discuss why the world needs everyone to have different talents and interests and they will be guided to do a unique art piece that demonstrates how we all think differently. They will also be guided to participate in a short meditation that focus on feeling grateful for all that they are.
