Together, we will learn the foundational skills needed to crochet over the course of 4 weeks. You will be given a skill to practice each week before the next class. Learners will develop their crochet skills as well as their communication skills. Questions and positive feedback between learnings are encouraged. Week 1: Learners can hold their hook and yarn, make a slip knot, and chain. Week 2: Learners can create a washcloth using the single crochet stitch. Week 3: Learners can count stitches and correct their work. Week 4: Learners can tie off and weave in the ends of their washcloth.
