Hello Learners, This is a one time live class where students will learn how to measure out some ingredients in class and pre-measure some before class starts. Once all ingredients are ready we will prepare the perfect cinnamon roll dough. Once we got that perfect dough we will roll out the dough and slice and bake our cinnamon rolls. Recipe will be posted after class. I like to keep everyone together not to far ahead or behind. Milk and water 2 sticks butter or margarine 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 (.25 ounce) package instant yeast Granulated sugar salt 1 egg brown sugar ground cinnamon raisins (optional) walnuts (optional) softened cream cheese vanilla 1 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar Rolling pin 2 mixing bowls 1 small microwave safe bowl Spatula 9x 13 pan or 10” round pan Fork Spoon Cooking/Baking Spray Hand held electric mixer or stand mixer
