このクラスで学べること
We will be learning kitchen skills and making some guacamole in the process! I will walk students step by step through the process from what ingredient is needed next to how to use a knife. I also will teach students measurement and substitutions when needed as cooking is flexible. Students will need the ingredients, 1 tomato, 2 avocados, 1 onion or onion powder, 2 garlic cloves or garlic powder, 1 lime, salt, 1 jalapeno (optional if you like spicy). You will also need chips for eating the dip after.

The kids will be using knives for this lesson, parents are advised to monitor their child's usage as I am not physically in the room with them.
