Students will learn how to read and follow a recipe, how to measure liquid and dry ingredients.  Students will learn how to color, roll and shape their cookies.  
Students will learn how to store their cookies and present them to guests and as gifts. 
Students will gain kitchen skills and confidence as they prepare this recipe.

I am a Career and Technical Education teacher, Family and Consumer Sciences.  I have taught foods classes, both cooking and baking, to students of all ages, from elementary school students to adults.  I have taught in the classroom, at summer camps and online.  Most importantly, I love cooking, especially baking, and especially at the Holidays.  I have been baking since I was very young, with my mother and grandmother.  I enjoy sharing my joy and experience with students.
