The ingredients will change per session. All ingredients will be easy to find ingredients that can be purchased from any grocery story. The most common use cooking equipment will be pots and pans, knives and forks, mixing bowls, frying pans, blenders, and a slow cooker.

Students will be fully involved in the cooking process. They will be using knives, hot pots and pans, ovens, stoves, blenders, slow cookers, and perhaps broiler bans. Parental supervision is recommended to ensure the safety of the students cooking.
