Cooking and baking are some of my favorite hobbies and I enjoy spending time making a variety of foods for my family. I have been cooking and baking for my family for over 25 years. However, my hobby truly began when I was a young girl and I wanted to make and create different foods and dishes in the kitchen. I am excited to share this wonderful hobby with young chefs and create an excitement in this area as well.

The supply lists and ingredients will change each week, depending on the type of main dishes we are making. These will be sent out 3 days before class begins so learners can plan and prepare for the upcoming week. As with all of my cooking and baking classes, I will include photos of the supplies and ingredients we will be using to make it easier for students to see and gather what they need for each class. Most of the classes will require these supplies: Rubber spatula or wooden spoon Mixing bowl Measuring cups and measuring spoons Knife and cutting board for cutting fruit/vegetables
Parents are strongly encouraged to assist the learner in the kitchen. Learners will be using the stove and/or oven for a couple of the recipes, as well as knives when cutting vegetables and preparing some of the food. Please be aware of allergens - these recipes may contain ingredients with soy, nuts, dairy, etc.
