This class will enhance their reading skills and comprehension by helping them dig into multi-syllable words by defining prefixes, suffixes, Latin Roots and Greek forms. Constructing multi-syllable words and their meanings and building sentences to show understanding. Learning word parts, their meanings, in turn, learning their vocabulary, significantly increases their comprehension as they start to move on to complex texts in middle school! If your learner completes a year of this class, they will learn over 1,000 NEW words and their meanings!!
