In this class your child will listen to Teacher Kristine read the beloved story, "Brown Bear, Brown Bear" written by Bill Martin Jr & illustrated by Eric Carle. Children will introduce themselves to fellow classmates and engage in conversation with their peers about their favorite colors and animals which are featured in the story. Students will practice identifying the following colors: brown-red-yellow-blue-green-purple-white-black-orange Students will practice identifying the following animals: bear-bird-duck-horse-frog-cat-dog-sheep-fish Students will produce a drawing of their favorite animal from the story and have the opportunity to show off their work.

My name is Kristine and I currently reside in Orlando, Florida with my husband of 10 years and two children, ages 8 & 4.
My alma mater is the University of Central Florida where I hold Bachelor degrees in Elementary Education, Psychology and a Masters degree in Child & Adolescent Development.
I have 10 years of teaching experience in the traditional classroom and 3 years experience teaching virtually to ESOL students.
