In this ongoing, intermediate, cake decorating course, we’ll cover one piped decorating element or flower each week. This way, learners will have plenty of time to master each element before moving on to the next one. Piping icing never goes out of style! In fact piped icing flowers are making a huge comeback! Learners will learn 19 different intermediate cake decorating piping elements, leaves and flowers.

Learners will need to make some type of decorator’s frosting for each class and prepare their pastry bags with it before class starts. I'll be jumping right into the content when the class starts.
