Learners use their own devices, such as a phone or iPad to access the Kahoot app - OR - simply open another tab on the computer and go to kahoot.it to join the game. “Teacher, is Santa Claus real?”
I would never deny nor affirm the existence of Santa Claus, however, when asked, I respond to students the same way adults in my family answered this question for me as a child: “I believe in the spirit of Christmas and Santa is part of that belief.”
This is also how I will respond to the question if students ask me, as it is my goal to keep the spirit of Christmas (and Santa) alive and well in the hearts of young and old alike.
