This festive Christmas Party will teach learners to sing songs ang play games about Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer and Santa Claus.    We will learn to sing Rudolph the Red-nosed Reinder, Must be Santa, and Santa Claus is Coming to Town,  and  play interactive reindeer games too such as memory games and find Rudolph and Santa.

This class is structured in 5 parts for each classtime.  
1. Opening - The teacher and learners will meet and greet one another.
2.  Song - Learners will sing the song "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" with Rudolph   
3. SEE SANTA!!! He will help us name the 8 reindeer and Rudolph too! 
4. Game - We willl play a memory reindeer game
5.  Song -  Learners  wlll sing "Must Be Santa" with actions 
6. Song - Learners will sing "Santa Claus is Coming to Town"
Game - Learners will play "Santa Says"
7.  Closing:  The teacher will summarize the class while the learners reflect and share their highlights from class.

Teacher Kay keeps the whole class fun with her positive and happy personality. She will take the extra time to learn each one of the students in the class.The goal of the class is for students to actively participate in FUN Reindeer Games and Santa Songs!  They will surely look forward to our class .  No musical background is required.

Hi there!  I am Kay Wiens, a Licenced Elementary Teacher and a Music and Art Specialist  

1)  I LOVE teaching music, art,  social studies, language arts, American sign language, English, math and science too!  I offer a variety of classes such as music, art, sig language and  core classes to students of all ages.  Currently,  I teach preschool and elementary music and art classes in which students explore singing, playing, and moving to music in addition to creating and drawing art.  My teaching goal is to inspire students of all ages so they can learn and develop necessary building blocks to succeed in school and life.   

2) I have over 25 years of teaching experience .  I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education with a valid Teacher's License in Elementary Education and also Classroom and Vocal Music.  I have taught in a variety of classroom and private settings.  I currently teach classroom music and art in an elementary school for grades  K-5.  For over 20 years I have owned and taught in my private Piano and Flute Studio for students ages 3-75+. 

3) I believe every student has the potential to thrive and grow in a supportive and creative learning environment.  Therefore, I teach with a focus on each and every student. I prepare my students to embrace their skills in a variety of subjects for life long learning. 

4) Something fun about me is that I am a twin!  I have an identical twin sister and we are just alike!   Our favorite hobby is to design and create gingerbread creations!  One of my favorite gingerbread scenes that I created was an edible Cinderella's Castle!
