Get ready for some of the craziest mysteries you *may* have never heard of before! Each class we will learn about a new mystery. We dive deep into the history and submerse ourselves in the world of those most affect by these mysteries. Once we understand the story, we will discuss the most likely answers to the mystery. Some of them are scientific, while others might be out of this world! This class is highly interactive class students will discuss the theories and decide which one they believe is the most realistic. There are no right or wrong answers because these are still mysteries! Prepare for lots of conversations about what might have happened because there are few things more interesting than a puzzle that you can't solve. I have a bachelor's degree in elementary and special education, two active teaching licenses in Arizona and reading and ESL endorsements. I've been teaching since 2017 and I'm working towards a master's in child and adolescent development.
My goal as your learner’s teacher is to inspire them to be lifelong learners. Learning is scary and requires a lot of vulnerability to take chances knowing you could make a mistake. I pride myself on helping students feel safe, confident, and secure in themselves. I’ve always seen tremendous growth in students when they are in an environment that allows for them to safely make mistakes and learn from them.
