ブロードウェイダンスカーディオワークアウト

This will be a fully interactive cardio dance workout class. I will demonstrate and the students will follow. I will play a mix of hit Broadway show tunes from musicals such as Mama Mia, Mean Girls, Beetlejuice, Grease, Wicked, Hairspray, In The Heights, Legally Blonde, and Six. While the music plays, I will lead a series of dance moves and classic workout moves. The moves will include grapevines, kick ball changes, step touches, pivots, squats, lunges, and many different arm movements (shimmeys, disco, arm rolls, etc.). We will take many short breaks durning class to get water and rest. This class is recommended for anyone who wants to dance it out and have fun listening to Broadway show-tunes! It will be so much fun while also getting in a great workout. No dance experience is necessary.
