Assignments will not be longer than 4 sentences. Students will complete the project individually but are welcome to work as a group if they prefer. Topics covered will include greetings, colours, days of the weeks, months of the year, weather, food, animals, and basic sentences. Our class will begin with the students presenting their homework from the previous class, which will include approximately 4 sentences using the material learned in the previous class. We will then learn a new topic and will work on pronunciation and incorporating it into conversation. My teaching style is very interactive and will include songs and encouraging the students to work together to answer questions. Students do not require any prior experience or knowledge. Week of February 18: Bonjour, Salut! Introducing Ourselves & Making New Friends Week of February 25: C'est la fin de semaine! Days of the Week Week of March 4: J'aime, Je n'aime pas... Hey there! I'm Teacher Dani. I am a science teacher, dancer, and actress living in Vancouver, Canada. I love all things biology, and I am passionate about teaching science. I graduated in 2015 from the University of Manitoba with a BSc in Microbiology & Biology, and have been teaching online since 2019. I think it is important to have a relaxed, fun, and low pressure learning environment in which my students can laugh and learn in an easy going environment. I love applying theory to real life scenarios and my classes include lots of problem solving.
