このクラスで学べること

This is a well-developed and proven workout program that was designed by Jillian Michaels. The Teacher is a certified Body Shred instructor. The workout is 30mins in total and students are encouraged to have a water bottle near by for when they feel the need for a drink. The workout will include a warm-up and cool-down as well as cardio, resistance and abdominal exercises. 

Students will be given a template for exercise goals and are encouraged to share their goals with the other students. This way they learn more about accountability in fitness and can share in the journey with the others. We can build on their goals through discussion ensuring they are realistic to a growing body. 

No previous workout experience is necessary or background knowledge. The students are able to follow the video while they workout. If any student has difficulty with an exercise they can post in the classroom and the teacher can give them a modification.

Students will learn new exercises and how to keep active. The workouts are designed to be used over and over again.  

Every body is different and therefore students are encouraged to ask for modifications for exercises that may not work for them. As well students are welcome to provide feedback in the classroom page about the workouts.
