For this one -time class students will need to be familiar with all the letters of the alphabet and their sounds.

We will practice these letters in a fun and engaging way before looking at blending them.

We will use pictures and objects to help write words and guess the word. 

All students will also read, listen and write sentences to practice using the words.

If time allows we will end the class with a CVC scavenger hunt.
