Want to make items/rigs to put in your Roblox Studio game? Join this exciting group class where learners learn to create custom 3D models for Roblox using Blender! Each week, we’ll explore a fun, themed project, allowing students to design unique game assets such as characters, objects, and environments. Through hands-on lessons, students will learn the basics of 3D modeling, texturing, and rigging. By the end of each session, they’ll have a fully modeled asset ready to export into Roblox Studio. Whether they’re beginners or have some experience, this class is designed to foster creativity and technical skills in a collaborative environment. New themes every week ensure students can join at any time! Have the computer program downloaded and installed before class: blender.org. Week of Sept. 30: Fantasy Creatures Create imaginative fantasy creatures, focusing on unique designs and characteristics. Week of Oct. 7: Stylized Avatars Design fun and stylized avatars with distinctive features and colors. Week of Oct. 14: Haunted House Props Make spooky props for a haunted house theme, including furniture, decorations, and eerie elements. Week of Oct. 21: Roblox Game Items Learn to create items that can be used in Roblox games, such as tools, weapons, and collectibles. Week of Oct. 28: Realistic Textures Explore techniques for applying realistic textures to your models to enhance their appearance. Week of Nov. 4: Character Animation Delve into the basics of animating your characters in Blender, bringing them to life with movement. Week of Nov. 11: Game Asset Integration Learn how to export and integrate your models into Roblox Studio for practical use in games. Week of Nov. 18: Feedback and Collaboration Share your work, receive feedback, and collaborate on projects with classmates to enhance your skills.
