NEW SECTIONS STARTING OVER WITH WEEK ONE BEGINNING in January! Yay!! In this ongoing course, students will learn the Spanish vocabulary based on a weekly theme! This is a beginner level course. No prior knowledge of Spanish is necessary! Students will practice using the new vocabulary to play games in a fun, interactive, theme based format! The course will use slides, activities in pairs or small groups, and engage in activities with new vocabulary in target language! Print the vocabulary sheet for the week. The PDF will be made available in the classroom before the live class. If the weekly theme has game sheets, those will be sent to each student individually. Also bring two props for speaking activities. Fun!

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish. I taught Spanish at a traditional public middle school for 11 years and at a traditional public high school for 3 years. Currently, I am the administrative supervisor and instructional leader of the World Languages Department at a traditional public high school. I have experience teaching all core content areas at the elementary level in a traditional school classroom, as well as in a bilingual classroom.
