During class, students will start off with a greeting, stretch/warm up, and then get into dancing! I will model the dance movements and teach simple moves for the different sections of the song (chorus, verse & bridge). The moves repeat so that learners can build their confidence through the movements. The goal is to create a safe space for your learner to dance and express themselves. Student will learn how to mirror and follow along with the dance movements. This helps with memory building and self confidence.

Please know that hip hop music will be used in this class. Make sure your learner has a water bottle and shoes. Clear the area of anything on the floor including rugs. All songs will be ages appropriate, clean versions, fun, and engaging. For example: Old Town Road, One Dance, Watch Me, Juju on That Beat, Hotline Bling, etc.
