Students will learn about the vital role bees play in the ecosystems and agriculture we rely on. 
Students will use age-appropriate math skills and the engineering design process to determine why nature has structured a beehive the way it has.

My work with bees and other organisms began as a child. Since then my passion for pollinators has led me to teach environmental science as a public school teacher, and to homeschool organizations. I have also had the privilege of working with many community organizations including the Girl Scouts, YMCA's, STEAM clubs, and more. As a beekeeper I enjoy sharing my knowledge of Earth's precious pollinators with learners of all ages.
