Students will review music in their books: Piano, Performance, Technic and Theory for me at the beginning of class and then we will learn new music for the remainder of the class. My teaching style is relaxed and encouraging. I believe that anyone can learn to play piano! Students will also participate in music games or flash card drills. Students should have gone through Bastien Level 2 books before going to this series. Students should be familiar with finger position in C, Middle C, Low G and High G and major scale patterns listed in Level 2. Students will be learning minor scales at this level to add to their knowledge of major scales.
