Students will need 3-5 pre-tied balloons. (Accidents do happen) I think it is better to have what you need rather than to need what you don't have. That said, they will need 1-3 untied balloons for practice in blowing up and tying balloons. I recommend using the balloon art ballons style 260 or 260q. These are latex, inflate to a 2” diameter, and 60” long. These are the most common used in the industry. Students will also need a hand held pump (or someone with strong lungs to come to class!) Manual blowing up by mouth can be very time consuming and hard to do! I prefer a pump for sanitary reasons too! A permanent marker like a Sharpie and stickers are OPTIONAL.
