Ballet and Tap shoes are encouraged, but not required.  Bare feet for ballet and a pair of indoor sneakers for tap shoes work just fine.  
Some sort of shaker or musical instrument.  (Learners can always just clap their hands or a shaker can be easily made with an empty toilet paper roll, beads or dried beans and tape)
Week 2 will require the use of a stuffy or beanie.

Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely.  Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged.  Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back.  By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury.
