このクラスで学べること
This class is a creative way to learn dance steps and get moving! In this class, we will bring the story of The Little Mermaid to life through our dance steps and use our ballet exercises to pretend to dance an adventure with Ariel. Students will practice ballet steps that improve balance, coordination and strength. Level of difficulty will be in line with the Royal Academy of Dance Pre-Primary and Primary levels but no dance experience is necessary. Please note that this is a ballet class taught by Mrs. Watters and we dance to ballet class music, not music from The Little Mermaid, to follow music licencing rules.

Please have a parent or other responsible adult nearby while your child is participating. However, parents will not participate in the class.

Students need to wear clothes that they can move in and have a space where they can move around. Bare feet are best if your floor is slippery. If students own ballet, jazz or gym shoes they can wear those, but it is not required. Please have a parent or other responsible adult nearby while your child is participating. However, parents will not participate in the class.
