-2 whole Refrigerated Pre-made Pie Crusts (NOT PIE CRUSTS ALREADY IN A PAN, rolls of crust) -1/2 c. Fruit Jam, Any Variety, Plus 1 Tablespoon For Icing -1 tbsp. Cornstarch -1 Egg -1 c. Powdered Sugar -1 tbsp. Heavy Cream (or More As Needed) -Sprinkles
The recipe will involve the use of an oven, as well as a knife or pizza cutter. Parental supervision is encouraged depending on the student's familiarity in the kitchen. If parents are overseeing the class, please try to remain off camera as stated in Outschools rules. RECIPES MAY INCLUDE FOOD ALLERGENS SUCH AS DAIRY, EGGS, AND GLUTEN/WHEAT. Please feel free to alter the ingredients to meet any dietary/allergen needs :)
