They will learn techniques to create delicious pastries like French Cream Puffs, Eclairs, or Paris Brest. The class is designed for groups of four participants, with additional chefs available for larger classes. Recipes, ingredient lists, and equipment requirements will be provided in advance. The class is interactive, and our chefs will be available for questions and feedback. Join us for this high-quality learning experience!
