Students will learn about the following: - The Australian Constitution; - The Rule of Law; - The IRAC Method of critically analysing case law; - An Historical overview of Australian Government. Students will have the opportunity to express their informed opinions about what they have learned by way of assessment pieces.
I am a lawyer in Australia, and I have homeschooled my own children for the past 8 years and will continue to do so for at least another 17 years (my youngest child is 1y as of 2022).
