Welcome to ASL Kids Club! 🤟🏼 -SOME VOICE - DEAF & HH TEACHERS-

Join us for a fun and interactive journey into American Sign Language! Our ASL Kids Club is a practice club where we dive into the world of signing, making it a blast to learn and use ASL.

Each week, we’ll explore exciting new topics and practice the vocabulary. From getting to know each other to sharing your favorite activities, you’ll have a chance to learn and practice signing in a lively and engaging environment.

Please note that this class is for students who have already completed some form of ASL class or course and is intended for students to practice their signing skills. If you are interested in having your child learn ASL in a structured setting where content builds each week, please check out our profile page and sign up for our various courses.

Our classes are held live on Zoom twice a week, so you can pop in anytime that fits your schedule. We’re all about making learning convenient and accessible for you!

Our teaching style is fun and easy-going, but we’re precise when it comes to making the signs correctly. Don’t worry if we repeat things – practice makes perfect, and we’re here to help you master ASL!

The ASL Kids Club is proud to offer an exceptional learning experience guided by a team of highly skilled and certified teachers. Our instructors include nationally certified interpreters, seasoned educators, and experienced tutors, ensuring that every student receives the highest quality education.

Several of our teachers are Deaf, bringing invaluable perspectives and authentic experiences to our program. This diversity enhances our teaching approach, providing students with a deeper understanding and appreciation of American Sign Language and Deaf culture.

Ms.Trina is the founder of ASL Kids Club and has over 20 years of experience teaching and working in school districts with both Deaf and hearing children. This extensive background has allowed her to hand-select each teacher to ensure that students receive top-tier instruction.

Our educators boast impressive credentials and experiences:
- One teacher has spent over two decades as an Educational Interpreter and Tutor, working closely with deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Their passion for sign language is driven by personal experiences with Deaf family members.
- Another teacher is proficient in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, American Sign Language, and Nicaraguan Sign Language. With over 10 years of teaching experience, they have served in various roles such as teaching, assisting, and mentoring students and interpreters.
- We also have a Deaf educator with expertise in speech, lipreading, and sign language. Their patience and kindness have positively impacted many students through their work as a tutor and assistant teacher at the School for the Deaf.
Together, our team is committed to providing an enriching ASL learning experience that accommodates diverse backgrounds and fosters growth.
