This self-paced ASL 3 class does NOT meet live. Over this course, students will gain knowledge of the deaf and hard of hearing world and learn how to communicate using ASL. Each week will have a topic and students will learn signs related to that topic. Each topic contains 1-2 video lessons that have demonstrations of the signs and instructions from the teacher for that week. Handouts will also be posted that have pictures of the signs that are taught in the video lessons. Students do not...

Students will also learn how to sign different personalities and describe people.Week 5Lesson 5OccupationsIn this lesson, students will learn how to sign different people and jobs.Week 6Lesson 6Common Word OppositesIn this lesson, students will learn how to sign common words in pairs of opposites to make it easier to remember the signs.
