This course introduces students to the core principles of computer science through real-world programming and problem-solving using Python. Designed to meet the requirements of the College Board’s AP Computer Science Principles curriculum, the class blends theory and practice in a highly interactive, project-based format. Students will explore topics like how data is represented in binary, how the internet functions, and how algorithms are designed. They will write Python code from the ground up, building their skills with inputs, conditionals, loops, lists, and functions.
