Join renowned Toy Designer, Children’s Author and former Animator Megan H. Rothrock as she teaches a fun and exciting drawing technique for Junior Artists! 

By popular request Ms. Megan has designed an Animator’s Toolbox Class just for Junior Artists!  This special drawing technique is Inspired from her years in the Animation and Toy Industries, and she is excited to share it with you!
What’s in a scribble? Well a lot!  Each week we will journey to Scribble Land and see who we can meet, like a busy bunny, baby narwhal, bumble bee and more! 

This fun and engaging four-week Flexible Schedule (not live) course, has been made just as if it were live. Being a Flexible Schedule Class, you have the advantage to take it anytime from anywhere during the week. You can also pause, review and reflect on the lessons at your own pace! 

Each week a new session will be posted in our Classroom as we journey to Scribble Land and see who we can find!  Students can then share their drawings in the Classroom and Ms. Megan is always happy to answer any questions!  Sessions will be posted each week on the same corresponding day as you had signed up following the edt time zone.  

Week One:
Setting up our Scribble Space and journeying to Scribble Land: 
Lets’ grab our crayons and set up our scribble area, and get ready to meet some fun critters!

Journeying to Scribble Land Students will learn:
Shape recognition, improve their motor skills, focus and concentration, line recognition, how to channel their imagination, perspective and character creation. 

Ms. Megan has designed this special course to be fun, engaging and interactive! Students will come away with a cool new drawing technique that they can add to their toolbox. Finding a whole new approach to shapes and drawing, they will gain confidence to help accelerate their drawing abelites.  

After completing this fun Course, Students will also receive an Animator's Tool Box Junior: Scribble Land Digital Certificate (.pdf) designed by Ms. Megan!
