How is your class structured?
Welcome and Mindful Chat (2 minutes):
Greet students and introduce the day's animal theme.
Briefly discuss what mindfulness is and its benefits.

Warm-Up (3 minutes):
Gentle stretching with emphasis on breathing.
Prepare the body for yoga poses.

Yoga Poses and Breathing Exercises (15 minutes):
Introduce and practice 2-3 animal-inspired yoga poses.
Demonstrate and practice butterfly breathing and lion’s breath.

Guided Visualization and Mindfulness Techniques (5 minutes):
Guide students through a soothing and peaceful meditation or visualization.
