Hi everyone! My name is Ms. Popp and I am so excited to teach you all! I look forward to having fun talking about things like Animal Crossing, Pokemon and Disney. I can’t wait to help you figure out your ABC’s and 123’s and how to work through problems with friends! I have been a teacher now for 4 years; kindergarten for two years, kindergarten special education for one year and now second grade for this past year! I have a bachelors degree in early childhood special education, and I am certified to teach children from birth through third grade. I have worked with children of all abilities and needs, so I am no stranger to adjusting my teaching! 
I always make sure my students are cared for and loved. When I build a relationship with a child it is because I truly want them to feel loved and cared for. I am silly and goofy, and I love to have fun while I’m teaching, so I hope you’re ready to have fun while learning! I love building relationships with students and families, and although we will be chatting through our screens, I am sure we will soon have a wonderful and respectful friendship. I believe that a child’s learning truly happens best when all members of a child’s life work together to help the child succeed, so I cannot wait to get to know you and your family!
I have a whole lot of animals so, be prepared to see my zoo in our videos! I have many furry, and pokey friends that I cannot wait to share with you! Also, I might break out into song and dance during our classes because sometimes, you just need to get a little funky to truly learn best!
