With 14 years of ASL and English teaching experience, I have taught at every grade level, written curriculum from scratch, and started the first-ever American Sign Language Academy on a high school campus.
This class is supportive and welcoming of all learners. The Deaf community as well as our classroom are inclusive environments. All learning modalities will be used and the focus is heavily on student enjoyment and engagement.
Students will receive frequent optional activities that they can print and complete at home. These include worksheets, coloring sheets, and other ASL games and activities.
