This multi-day camp will be all about dolls! The first day will be about awesome American Girl dolls, the second day will be about beautiful Barbies and the last day will be for our loved L.O.L. Surprise (& O.M.G. Fashion) dolls! Our classes will include a variety of activities following this format: •Hello & Introduction •Song(s) and/or short music video or other video •Story (read aloud by me) •Sharing (Show n Tell) - each child will get to share and show their favorite dolls each day •Coloring (while listening to an extra story or other short video) •Show our Coloring Picture & Say Goodbye Here's our schedule of the themes for the week: Day 1 - American Girl Dolls (bring your two favorite) Day 2 - Barbies (bring your two favorite) Day 3 - L.O.L. Surprise & O.M.G. Fashion Dolls (bring your two favorites!) You may also bring a couple of your favorite accessories for your dolls each day. If you do not have a specific doll to share on a certain day, you can still join this doll camp and learn about them and have fun seeing what they are all about. If you don't have one of these kinds of dolls, you can share something different instead. Get ready for some fun dedicated to our love for our dolls! Your dolls will have fun and you will too! I can't wait to have you and your dolls in class.

Hello! My name is Sarah King. I love teaching kids to read and helping them read to learn! I enjoy teaching anything that is reading related, including the areas of comprehension, phonics, phonemic awareness, spelling and vocabulary. I also like teaching writing and social studies. On Outschool, I mostly do individual reading tutoring and I enjoy it so much! I enjoy getting to know my learners and helping them to grow as readers, as well as increasing their confidence and interest in reading. I also have a couple second grade reading and math camps that are fun to teach, as well as a few other interest-based summer camps. I appreciate Outschool because this platform has helped me with making connections with so many wonderful children and families from all over the United States, as well as other countries around the world!
I have been an elementary teacher for 22 years. I was a second-grade teacher for 17 years and currently I am a fifth-grade teacher. My experience includes teaching all subjects, but I am now a departmentalized teacher and teach reading and writing. I also have experience teaching online ESL (English as a Second Language). I have my master's degree in education and I am a certified K-8 teacher in the state of Maine.
I love learning and passing on this love of learning to my students. Learning is best when it is interactive, fun and engaging. I believe I am a patient, encouraging and especially an enthusiastic teacher. I love smiling and laughing with my students!
I am a mom and have two sons, ages 17 and 21. In my free time, I enjoy photography, reading, live music, yoga and taking my dogs on walks. I look forward to teaching your child!レビュー
