October 20th is International Sloth Day!!!!!!

Have you always wondered about sloths? Why are they so slow? Maybe sloths are your favorite animal and want to chat all about sloths. Do you want to learn more about sloths? Are you interested in Costa Rica and this amazing animal found in one of the most biodiverse countries in the world? This class is for you!

In this one-time class, we travel to Costa Rica and meet the 2-toed and 3-toed sloths, learn about their many bizarre and unusual eating and pooping habits, learn little-known sloth facts, we will visit a sloth sanctuary in Costa Rica, and much much more!

We will answer questions like, are sloths really lazy and slow? We will discover how cute baby sloths are and are they the pull-up champions of the world? Are sloths their own ecosystem?

Do you have sloth stuffed animals, t-shirts, or pens? Bring your sloth swag to share with the class.
