If your child loves Pokémon, then they will love our "All About Pokémon Class". In this weekly class, students will share their Pokémon knowledge, while practicing social skills and building friendships. Discussions about different types of Pokémon will spark questions and interest for your Pokémon loving child. Pokémon themed games will also be played. Learners can show and share their Pokémon collectibles as well. This class works on social skills by allowing students to practice their conversational skills, staying on topic, turn taking and listening skills. These sessions are designed to support the unique learning needs of students with special needs. All of the teachers have a special education background and will tailer the sessions to the language and social abilities of the students.
