Learn improv and theatre skills in VR. Dive into the world of virtual reality, Play icebreaker games, build, draw, have a snowball fight and learn fun engaging games with friends online. This class teaches learners how to be creative, build off ideas and think on the spot. Every week is a new experience with adventures in virtual reality!

Rec Room cross plays on most servers, from phone, ps4 to oculus.  For best experience we recommend using a VR Headset. All learners should download Rec Room and play the tutorial previous to class. 

Class Structure 
- The class starts on zoom with an introduction about what we will be doing. 
- Then we will login to Rec Room and have free time to play and explore the environment while we wait for other learners to login. 
- We start off class with a few improv warm ups and then jump into the main activities for the day. 
-  At the end of class, learners discuss what they enjoyed and learned from the class 

ABOUT REC ROOM AND VR ONLINE SAFETY POLICY
This game is an open world server that allows you to hear what other people are saying online. Online gaming is not always the safest but with MGTeams learners will be invited to a secure, private server within Rec Room that allows them to play the game only with learners from outschool enrolled in this class.

- Respect each other's privacy and do not ask for contact information
- Respect people's work. Do not destroy or discredit learners art, we should appreciate and acknowledge learners work. 
-  Language is to be appropriate and we should be respectful of other learners.
