Want to learn about ADHD but don't want to meet face-to-face? This is where that happens! Learn all you want to know about ADHD here with us! Our interactions will be through commenting in the classroom so you won't need to meet face-to-face with other students or the teacher. Videos of information will be provided weekly with a journal prompt response. Read more below!

Welcome to ADHD Warriors Workshop! In this Flex course students will learn about ADHD/ADD brains! We will learn how the ADHD brain works, the strengths and struggles. We will practice different strategies to become ADHD warriors!

Having ADHD doesn't mean that we can't be successful in school or life! Having ADHD just means that our brains work differently. Students will work with Mrs. Ali to identify their own strengths and struggles with ADHD/ADD. They will learn the science behind what ADHDdoes to our brain and what that means for everyday life. Once we identify our strengths and struggles, we will work through strategies needed to become the best that we can be! We will beat the stigmas and sometimes shame that comes with having ADHD.
