This class is a FLEX version with extended learning activities from my one-time class: ADHD and Executive Function for Learning Success: Bucket Lists and More! Students will practice and evaluate a number of different planning and organizational strategies in order to determine which ones work best for their learning style.
Bridget Smith is a credentialed teacher in the State of California for grades K-12. She is a person with ADHD and a mom of two ADHD learners. Most of her classes on Outschool are designed to support kids with ADHD and other learning differences.
Planning Templates can be found in the Outschool Classroom and should be printed out at the beginning of each week. Post-It Notes, scissors, tape, paper, markers, pens and pencils will come in handy for this class. Supplies for projects and meals that you plan will vary based on your student plans.
Nearpod will be shared via link and does not require a student account. Google Keep, Google Docs, and Google forms are COPPA compliant resources. Students ages 13+ can use the Habitica app with parent permission.
Class will use NearPod, Google Docs, and Google Forms. All work can be accessed and shared directly through the Outschool Classroom. Students can choose to use Google Keep or the Habitica App for their planning.
