Students will learn and practice different sounds that phonemes make. They will be able to build, manipulate, write and read words based off of the sounds taught. Students will be able to rhyme and break words into syllables.

Students may need paper, pencil, coloring materials, scissors, glue/tape, white board, and dry erase marker. There will be documents needed for class that will be posted to the classroom page prior to each meeting.

I hold a Massachusetts teaching license for grades 1-6 and a Moderate Disabilities License for PreK - 8. I have been teaching children for over 16 years in charter, public, private, online schools, homeschool, and internationally during the school year and summer. I am passionate in finding fun and engaging ways to teach. I believe in nurturing each student's curiosity and excitement to learn through hands on exploration and discovery.
