Let's throw a private party for your young performer and their guests. Great for birthdays, special events, or anytime! Choose one of the following themes: Alice in Wonderland The BFG Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Charlotte's Web Matilda Winnie-the-Pooh The Wizard of Oz Partygoers will be given a part to perform from a Reader's Theater script based on the chosen theme. You can choose the cast roles in advance to accommodate different reading levels in your group. You also have the option to perform the script more than once and recast the roles so that everyone has the opportunity to perform more than one character. This is a By Request Only class. I teach classes in Theatre and Voice Acting with an emphasis on fun and exploration!
I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education at the University of Utah. I have over 25 years of teaching experience in both traditional and nontraditional school settings. And, I currently hold a teaching license in secondary education in Theatre.
I am a lifelong learner and continue to look for ways to improve my teaching. My goal is to foster a friendly and safe environment for students to explore acting.
