Students will represent and interpret data. Students will understand concepts of volume and relate volume to multiplication and to addition. Students will graph points on the coordinate plane to solve real-world and mathematical problems. Students will classify two-dimensional figures into categories based on their properties.

I will provide 5-10 example problems for homework after each class. This is voluntary and will be reviewed at the beginning of the next class. I will assess students in class based on their participation and homework (if they do their homework). Students will also have occasional quizzes.
