Join me for some Easter fun! This class will be fun and interactive for all learners. In this class learners will create 5 stick puppet bunnies and learn a silly poem about those five little bunnies. We will share our bunnies with each other and act out the poem about these adorable little bunnies. Learners will leave this class with their very own stick puppet bunnies and a fun poem that they can act out about them :). 5 minutes- This time will be spent discussing what learners already...
The goal for this class is to stimulate imagination, to encourage creativity and to find the joy in reading poetry.
I was an elementary school teacher for over 17 years. The knowledge and skills that I have acquired throughout my teaching career allow me to help young learners find the joy in reading poetry.
Printed out handout of bunnies (will be sent out before class begins), crayons/markers, scissors, 5 popsicle sticks (or something similar to glue bunnies onto), glue/tape.
Parental guidance will be needed for young children using scissors.
