Students will be introduced to the water cycle. Students will learn about evaporation, condensation, precipitation, runoff and ground water. Students will study each part of the water cycle to examine the role it has in recycling water. Students will understand that the term "cycle" refers to a continuous, unbreakable loop of this resource. In each section ( evaporation, condensation, precipitation, runoff and ground water) students will explore real life examples the they can relate to (example, what happens to a puddle in the street after it rains?)
