Welcome Outschool Students! In our 1st-grade class, students will be introduced to a years worth of math curriculum! Whether your student is entering into the 1st grade or has completed the grade and needs a refresher on various mathematical concepts - this class is perfect! Our class provides students with an immersive experience, as we use multiple learning differentiations to ensure all abilities are met! Math should be embraced by students and teachers with excitement, versus anxiety...
- Students will improve their understanding of mathematical concepts such as: apply addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to real life situations; and understand when to use different forms of mathematics.

頻度: 1-2 per weekフィードバック: 含まれる詳細: Students will be given worksheets after each meeting to enhance the information learned in class that day. Students will be given a link to play games according to what was learned each week for added fun!Assessment
頻度: 含まれる詳細: Students will be assessed throughout the entirety of the course. Assessments are informal and are based on how well I feel students are retaining/understanding the course material taught.
Students will receive weekly worksheets to print the Sunday prior to our class meetings. Students can utilize these worksheets, or use pencil with paper, a dry erase marker and board. We do differentiate class by utilizing hands-on learning through the use of counters; typically whatever can be found in the home.
