This once weekly, 25-minute 1:1 Spanish lesson or tutoring session is completely customized for your child and will be focused on achieving your learner's specific Spanish learning goals. I have been a Spanish teacher for the past 16 years. I taught public high school Spanish levels 1-4 in the traditional classroom for the first 9 years of my teaching career. For the past 7 years, I have given private lessons and tutored students online, from ages 3 to 18.

I suggest that the learner uses the Duolingo app or a similar app to practice Spanish for 15-30 minutes at a time 3-4 times per week. However, this is not a requirement for our tutoring sessions or lessons. If the learner already uses another language learning tool, please continue with it if your child is interested and if you are seeing results. The important thing is contact with Spanish in some way outside of class time.
